About The Role

As a Sales Appointment Setter, you’ll play an important part in growing our sales pipeline by turning customer interest into high quality appointments for our Sales team.

You’ll speak with people who have contacted us through our website, marketing campaigns and live chat, as well as reaching out to carefully selected prospective customers. By building rapport and asking thoughtful questions, you’ll uncover their needs and arrange valuable conversations with our Parts Cleaning Experts and Account Managers.

With significant investment generating high-quality enquiries, you’ll have a real opportunity to make an impact. Supported by tailored messaging, helpful conversation guides and CRM insights, you’ll connect prospective customers with Safetykleen solutions that could make a genuine difference to their business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Turn customer interest into valuable sales opportunities
  • Connect with inbound enquiries and carefully selected prospective customers
  • Build rapport, ask thoughtful questions and uncover customer needs
  • Bring Safetykleen’s services to life by explaining the value we could deliver
  • Respond positively to questions and concerns to keep conversations moving
  • Book high-quality appointments that give our Sales team the best chance of success
  • Keep opportunities moving through timely follow-up and accurate CRM updates
  • Contribute to shared team goals and celebrate success together
