About The Role
As an MCC Booking Specialist, you’re the commercial engine behind our sales pipeline, converting leads into high quality appointments for the Sales team. You’ll engage with inbound and targeted outbound prospects, qualify opportunities using structured frameworks, and book high-quality appointments for our Parts Cleaning Experts and Account Managers.
With significant marketing investment generating high-quality digital leads, you’ll work at pace in a high-energy contact centre environment, using persona-based messaging, structured scripts, and CRM intelligence to convert interest into opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

Convert High-Quality Leads
- Engage inbound website, marketing and live chat enquiries
- Apply structured qualification and research to ensure commercial viability
- Use persona-based scripts tailored to industry and customer profile
- Secure high-quality appointments for our field sales team

Drive Smart Outbound Prospecting
- Contact targeted prospects aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile
- Deliver the Safetykleen elevator pitch with confidence
- Handle objections and influence decision-makers

Qualify, Filter & Protect Sales Productivity
- Identify real need (compliance, cost, safety, efficiency)
- Ensure strong next steps are secured

Own CRM & Process Discipline
- Accurate same-day real-time logging
- Pipeline hygiene
- AI agent use
- No ghost leads
- Clear follow-up sequences
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently achieving appointment and conversion KPIs
- High-quality booked meetings that convert downstream
- Strong CRM accuracy and process compliance

About You
You’re commercially sharp, structured and motivated by targets.
You may have experience in:
- B2B appointment setting
- Telesales, or contact centre sales experience
- Lead generation
- Pipeline development
