Dr. Martens

Dr. Martens is a globally recognisable and culturally influential British brand, with over 60 years of rich heritage. As brand custodians, we are lucky to work for a dynamic, thriving, and ethical business, with people from diverse backgrounds, who bring their true selves to work, and where anyone can grow their career.

We are guided by three core values that are at the heart of everything we do: Be Yourself, Act Courageously, and Show You Care. They make us who we are and inspire us to push boundaries, embrace our individuality, and stand up for what's right.

Sales Assistant (20hr) Brewer Street

We're looking for flexible Sales Assistants to join our Beacon Store for 20 hours a week.

This isn't standard shopfloor retail. Our Beacon Store is the ultimate flagship expression of Dr. Martens retail, a destination where culture, community, creativity and craftsmanship come together. More than a place to shop, it's where our brand comes to life through immersive experiences, storytelling, craft services and meaningful consumer connections.

As a Sales Assistant you'll be the person who brings that to life, turning product knowledge into storytelling and a transaction into an experience people remember and come back for.

  • Create memorable consumer experiences that connect people to our brand, culture and craftsmanship using product expertise, storytelling and personalised service to build loyalty and advocacy.
  • Contribute to store performance through elevated engagement and effective selling behaviours that encourage repeat visitation and deeper brand connection.
  • Deliver our craft services and signature in-store experiences (customisation, personalisation, repairs and activations) to the standard our consumers expect from a flagship destination store.
  • Support a premium destination environment through accurate execution of store processes, presentation standards and operational requirements.
  • Play your part in flagship events, brand activations and community moments that make the store a place people actively choose to visit.
  • Role model our service standards, support your colleagues and help build an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
  • Follow H&S procedures to maintain a healthy, safe and tidy environment across both shopfloor and experience spaces.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
