Overview

SALES ASSISTANT
(24HRS, TEMPORARY CONTRACT)

Main activities: The Roger Vivier Sales Assistants are one of the most important assets to the brand. This job requires a blend of skill, competency, and immense dedication. The Sales Assistants work under the direction of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Supervisor in order to meet the company’s objectives. Sales Assistants are often required to attend different types of training programs (sales, collections, procedures).

Responsibilities

  • Job Description:
    • Complies with Roger Vivier policies and Village procedures.
    • Has good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and convincing abilities, giving them product presentations, and convincing them to make purchases.
    • Develops sales, cross-selling, and multiple sales.
    • Communicates professionally with diplomacy and tact.
    • Captures customer contact information and invites them back to develop customers’ loyalty.
    • Deals with exchanges, returns, and any other after-sale activities.
    • Recommends, selects, and helps locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
    • Meets assigned sales targets in the given period.
    • Completes all the assigned tasks by the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor.
    • Maintains the proper display of goods in the store and ensures that they comply with the quality standards.
    • Keeps track of new products and prices in the store.
    • Attends sales training activities.
    • Maintains knowledge of current collections and press releases.
    • Participates in store inventories, stock activities, and cashier activities.
    • Keyholder of the store (opening/closing procedures).
    • Is a team player that develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
