The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Assistant for our Lancaster branch to join our close-knit team. You will handle sales, operate the till, manage stock displays, and assist customers in-store and over the phone. If you have the experience, you may also help our workshop team build display bikes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and drive sales through honest, expert recommendations.
- Operate the till software and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain tidy, eye-catching product displays and manage stock levels.
- Answer customer queries in person and by phone, helping with basic product setup.
- Collaborate with the team to meet goals and keep the shop clean and safe.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum age: 16
- A genuine interest in cycling, bikes, or outdoor activities (prior retail/bike shop experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a great team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting
