Moon Moments is a recruitment and talent acquisition partner recruiting on behalf of an expanding client in Watford. We're currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their team as a Sales Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in sales, customer engagement, and community outreach. Working directly with members of the public, you'll represent nationally recognised charity campaigns, helping to raise awareness, build meaningful relationships, and inspire long-term support for worthwhile causes.
This isn't an office or retail-based role. Instead, you'll engage with people face-to-face in communities across Watford, including busy shopping areas, residential neighbourhoods, and other public spaces where people live, work, and shop.
No previous sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching, and structured development will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for graduates, career changers, and individuals looking to build a long-term career.

About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for engaging members of the public through face-to-face conversations, introducing them to the charities you represent, and helping them understand the difference their support can make.
Success in this role comes from building genuine relationships, listening to people's interests, and creating positive customer experiences while confidently guiding supporters through the sign-up process.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with members of the public in community locations across Watford
- Representing nationally recognised charities with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Raising awareness of campaigns, missions, and community impact
- Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
- Answering questions and providing clear, accurate information
- Supporting new supporters through a professional sign-up process
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Participating in daily coaching, training sessions, and team meetings

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, or sales is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Earnings & Benefits
- Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
