Role Description
The Sales Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, working primarily in the Burlington Arcade boutique. The Sales Assistant will:

Daily responsibilities include:
- Managing customer transactions
- Maintaining store presentation and merchandising standards
- Restocking products
- Supporting inventory checks
- Handling customer queries and exchanges
- Assisting with visual displays
- Collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and uphold the brand’s luxury standards
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build relationships and deliver an elevated client experience.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for in-person interactions and, when needed, phone or email correspondence.
- Sales skills, including product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling in a luxury retail environment.
- Solid Organization Skills to manage stock, maintain a tidy sales floor, and support efficient store operations.
- Previous experience in retail or luxury fashion is beneficial, especially in childrenswear or premium boutiques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including weekends), and collaborate effectively within a small team.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage for international clientele.
