Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Beauty Advisor (aka Sales Assistant) to join Beauty Pie at a pivotal moment as we open our first permanent retail space - within a prestigious heritage landmark in the heart of central London, Liberty Store.
In this role, you will showcase our exceptional products, made in the world’s best beauty labs, to a whole new audience. But you won't just sell products - you will also be a consultant and educator, introducing our unique membership model to a discerning global clientele, providing the sort of brilliant, bespoke skincare and cosmetic guidance that turns curious shoppers into lifelong members.
Please note: This position is 20 hours per week and will be on a 12 month, fixed term contract basis.
Job Requirements
- Experience in premium or luxury retail sales, with a deep understanding of luxury service cues.
- The ability to engage professionally with all store touchpoints, from prestigious retail partners and floor management to our diverse member base.
- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing KPIs, with a natural hunger for achieving commercial growth through service.
- A confident, personable and welcoming approach to our members.
- Confidence to be intelligently rebellious to achieve individual and collective targets.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver a "member-first" service that defies traditional beauty retail standards, ensuring a personal, transparent, and genuinely transformative experience.
- Provide insightful professional beauty advice across skincare and cosmetics, tailoring every recommendation to each individual’s needs.
- Confidently educate both new and existing members on Beauty Pie’s mission to help everyone access the very best in beauty - including how we work with the world’s best labs, using latest ingredients and advanced technologies.
- Partner with the Beauty Pie Social Media team to bring our in-store storytelling to life, harnessing digital content creation as a key driver for membership growth and commercial targets.
- Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, maintaining poise and professionalism as floor priorities shift.
- Consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs by collaborating with your team as well as championing our brand values to maximise every interaction.
