Sales Advisor – AROMARIA London
AROMARIA is looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our London team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering an exceptional luxury interior fragrance experience and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers, providing personalised fragrance recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Participate in product and sales training and share customer feedback.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store targets.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in premium or luxury retail sales.
- Fluent in English, Arabic and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultative selling and customer service skills.
- Target-driven, motivated and commercially minded.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling payments accurately.
- Genuine passion for fragrance and luxury lifestyle products.
- Flexible to work weekends and peak retail periods in London.
