Role Description

The Sales Assistant is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the sales team in generating and nurturing leads, maintaining client relationships, and helping drive placement opportunities through RN JobForce’s platform. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Sales Assistant will also assist in tracking performance metrics, following up on prospects, and ensuring that candidate and client information is accurate and current. This role collaborates closely with internal teams to provide a smooth experience for employers and job seekers, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to present information professionally.
  • Foundational sales skills, including lead follow-up, basic prospecting, and support for sales campaigns.
  • Solid organisation skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency with common office software and CRM or sales tracking tools; comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a distributed team across time zones.
  • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, recruiting, or staffing environments is beneficial.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications in business, sales, or related fields are a plus.
