Your tasks
- Providing front-line assistance to customers, like resolving billing and subscription inquiries, and assessing and reconciling invoices from customers.
- Maintaining internal CRM systems and collaborating with internal departments and procedure owners to ensure correct system data.
- Steering and supporting Sales projects from A to Z, like online/ offline process management, project status steering, order execution, customer query feedback, sales data check, and management, etc.
- Closely working with HQ relevant departments, support ad hoc tasks and research projects as directed by HQ like Marketing and Logistic.
- Handling other duties and responsibilities as defined by management and sales projects as required, such as team meeting organization, document translation, and marketing event support.

Your profile
- You have a university degree in Business Administration, International Business or similar, or you have equivalent work experience in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and analytical skills to interpret sales data.
- Proven work experience in sales Operations or similar role.
