Client Advisor – Luxury Jewellery
Location: Heathrow Airport
Salary: up to £35,000 + Commission + Benefits
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Client Advisor to join a prestigious luxury jewellery boutique at Heathrow Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-driven professional with a passion for luxury retail and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised luxury shopping experience.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and provide tailored recommendations.
- Support clienteling and CRM activities.
- Maintain the highest boutique presentation standards.
- Assist with stock management and daily operations.

About You
- Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally within jewellery, watches or fashion.
- Strong sales and clienteling skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work airport trading hours, including weekends and public holidays.
