Looking for a role where you can build your sales skills, meet new people, and work in an energetic team environment? Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing London-based client for a Sales Assistant to join their expanding promotions team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with previous customer-facing experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Working across retail promotions, shopping centres, pop-up events, and branded activations, you'll represent nationally recognised charity campaigns, creating engaging customer experiences while raising awareness of meaningful causes and inspiring long-term support.
If you have around one year's experience in retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
- Representing charity campaigns at promotional events and retail locations across London
- Starting engaging conversations with members of the public
- Explaining charity campaigns and the positive impact they have
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
- Assisting supporters with registrations and answering campaign questions
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Attending regular coaching sessions and team briefings
What We're Looking For
- Around 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional approach
- A positive attitude with a desire to learn and progress
- Comfortable working in busy event and retail environments
- A strong team player who enjoys working with people

Earnings & Benefits
- Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
