Sales Associate
Full Time | Manchester | Immediate Start Available
Looking for a new opportunity in Manchester where you can develop your skills, work with people and earn based on your performance?
Playbook Direct is currently looking for Sales Associates to join our growing team.
You don’t need previous sales experience. We provide full training, so this could suit someone looking to start a career in sales, someone with customer service or retail experience, or someone simply looking for their next opportunity.
The Role
You’ll be working directly with customers, representing well-known UK brands across retail locations, events and pop-up environments throughout Greater Manchester.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with customers and building a good rapport
- Introducing customers to products and services
- Answering questions and providing information
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Taking part in regular training and coaching
- Working closely with the wider team to achieve results
