Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Sales Assistant role supporting Utility Warehouse Partner activities. The Sales Assistant will help manage customer inquiries, provide information about services, and assist with onboarding new customers via phone, email, and online channels. Daily tasks include:
- Maintaining organized records of leads and customer interactions
- Scheduling follow-ups
- Supporting basic sales administration
- Preparing simple sales materials
- Updating customer details
- Coordinating with partners on appointments
- Ensuring timely responses to prospective and existing customers

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build rapport and support a positive customer experience
- EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED (training will be given)
