Responsibilities:
- Serving customers at the trade counter, understanding their needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
- Building strong customer relationships to drive repeat business, enhance the customer experience, and maximise lifetime value.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing quotes promptly, courteously, and with a proactive approach.
- Supporting general warehouse duties, including booking in stock, putting stock away, and picking and packing customer orders.
- Driving a 3.5T van to deliver orders to customers within the local area.

Working Hours: This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am to 5.00pm.
Requirements:
- A full UK Driving Licence.
- Prior industry/merchant experience would be advantageous.
- Previous face-to-face sales and customer service experience.
- Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
