If you’ve built your experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, bars, restaurants, hotels, events or leisure, you already have many of the qualities needed to succeed in a customer-focused sales environment.
You know how to communicate with different people, build rapport quickly, stay professional under pressure and create positive customer experiences.
At Apollo Associates, we’re looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our growing team in Watford as Junior Sales Assistants.
This is an opportunity to take the skills you already have and develop them further in a fast-paced environment, with structured training, ongoing coaching and genuine opportunities for progression.
No Sales Experience? No Problem.
You don’t need previous sales experience to join us.
We provide full training and ongoing support from day one. We’re more interested in your attitude, work ethic, communication skills and willingness to learn than having the perfect CV. If you’re motivated, people-focused and ready to challenge yourself, we’ll help you build the skills you need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Junior Sales Assistant, you’ll be involved in:
- Representing established brands through face-to-face customer campaigns
- Speaking with new and existing customers in a professional and engaging way
- Building genuine customer relationships
- Presenting products and services clearly and confidently
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions
- Developing your communication, sales and leadership skills
- Working closely with your team to achieve shared goals
