Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Birmingham. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and providing product and service information in a professional manner.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Processing orders
- Updating customer records
- Assisting with promotional activities and sales campaigns
- Maintaining organized displays
- Preparing sales materials
- Ensuring a welcoming environment at the point of sale
The Sales Assistant will work closely with colleagues to meet sales targets, handle customer feedback, and contribute to a positive, efficient team culture.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build rapport and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with customers and team members.
- Sales skills and a results-oriented mindset to support sales activities and contribute to meeting targets.
- Organization skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and keep the workspace and displays orderly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale or CRM systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Birmingham, including occasional evenings or weekends if required.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not strictly required.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
