The Opportunity

Formula Space is one of the UK's fastest-growing EV infrastructure businesses, delivering charging solutions across the UK and internationally.

We're looking for an organised, proactive, and commercially aware Sales Assistant to support our senior sales team and help them stay focused on winning work, building relationships, and progressing key opportunities.

This role is about keeping senior salespeople out of the detail: managing inbox activity, organising follow-ups, preparing information, coordinating customer actions, and making sure agreed sales strategies for key clients are executed consistently.

Success in this role comes from being switched on, discreet, reliable, and relentlessly focused on follow-through. You'll bring structure to senior sales activity, protect their time, and make sure key clients receive a proactive, professional experience.

If you're someone who enjoys turning conversations into actions, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in getting things done, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Support Senior Salespeople

  • Support senior salespeople by removing unnecessary admin and detail.
  • Manage inboxes, priorities, draft replies, and key follow-ups.
  • Attend customer and internal sales meetings, capturing actions, commitments, and next steps.
  • Ensure agreed follow-ups are completed quickly and accurately.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
