The Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role supports the firm’s business development activities by handling inbound and outbound client inquiries, providing information about services, and assisting with initial consultation booking and follow-up.

The Sales Assistant helps maintain client records in CRM systems, prepares simple reports on leads and conversions, and coordinates with legal and administrative teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process. Daily tasks include responding to emails and phone calls, updating sales documentation, tracking opportunities, and ensuring timely and professional communication with prospective and existing clients.

The role also involves supporting promotional activities, gathering client feedback, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and the overall client experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Romanian, Russian, and English is essential for this role, as the position involves regular communication with clients in all three languages.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and support client needs professionally.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fundamental sales skills, including lead follow-up, opportunity tracking, and confidence in discussing the firm’s services with prospective clients.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment and adapt to a fast-paced professional services setting.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and CRM or database tools is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a sales, client-facing, or legal services environment is an advantage but is not strictly required.
  • Relevant education or training in business, marketing, law, or a related field is preferred.
