Role Description

The Sales Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Birmingham. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing information about products and services. Daily tasks include:

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Clear and professional Communication skills
  • Solid Sales knowledge and a motivation to achieve targets
  • Good Organization Skills for managing tasks, documents, and schedules
  • Basic proficiency with office software and point-of-sale or CRM systems is beneficial
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Birmingham, collaborate with a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional sales or customer service training is a plus
