Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and other tracking systems. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer requests, coordinating follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and assisting with order processing and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with sales representatives on outreach campaigns, organizing sales materials, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations. The Sales Assistant will work closely with cross-functional teams to help improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Sales-related skills, including basic knowledge of sales processes, lead follow-up, and opportunity tracking.
  • Solid Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and support timely follow-up.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and comfort working in a remote, technology-enabled environment.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant training in business or sales is a plus.
