Sales Assistant (No Experience Required)

Full-Time Equivalent Availability (5 full days a week) - Immediate Starts Available!

Looking for an opportunity to develop your communication, sales and customer engagement skills within a fast-paced environment?

Based in Central London, our client is an established sales and marketing company representing recognised brands and non-profit organisations. Due to continued client demand, they are expanding their events division and are looking for motivated individuals to join their team.

Successful applicants will support face-to-face customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns across a variety of event-based environments, including retail pop-ups, promotional events and other high-footfall locations across London.

Our client is specifically looking for individuals who can commit to 5 full working days per week on a long-term basis. Due to the availability required, this opportunity is not suitable for candidates currently in education (school, college or university), including current international students.

The Role Includes

  • Face-to-face sales and customer engagement.
  • Representing recognised client campaigns professionally.
  • Supporting brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Working across events, retail pop-ups and promotional environments.
  • Answering customer questions and providing a high standard of customer service.
  • Working alongside a motivated and energetic team.

No previous sales experience is required. Applications are welcomed from individuals with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, warehouse operations, call centres, care work and other customer-facing environments. Successful applicants will operate on a subcontracted basis, with earnings opportunities including a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), commission and financial incentives.
