Job Description

Overview

OSLO is growing fast. We're expanding beyond our first European location and we need someone sharp, organized, and ready to roll up their sleeves to help us get there.

This isn't a behind-a-desk role. To do this job well, you need to know the business from the inside out — that means working shifts in the shop, frosting cakes, scooping gelato, and understanding every detail of what we do before helping us scale it. The best ideas for growth come from people who know the product and the customer firsthand.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering team, with real ownership from day one — including building the systems (food safety, stock, scheduling) that keep the business running smoothly as we grow.

About the Company

OSLO started as a family business in 1994 and is focused on making dreamy Angel Cakes and Ice-cream. We are currently aiming for a European expansion with London as our second location, after opening in Milan in 2024. At OSLO, we craft our own cakes with fragrant flavours and flowers varying with the seasons. More than a cake brand, OSLO made in heaven encompasses a way of eating, hosting and sharing expressed in the events we cater.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
