Overview

Due to continued growth, Save Energy UK is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Assistant to join our office-based sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives on achieving targets, and has excellent organisational skills. You'll be responsible for contacting prospective customers, booking quality appointments for our field sales representatives, and ensuring their diaries are planned as efficiently as possible.

Working from a mixture of warm and cold leads, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers using both warm and cold leads.
  • Book appointments for the field sales team.
  • Plan and manage sales representatives' diaries efficiently.
  • Organise appointments to maximise productivity and minimise travel time.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and generate interest in our products and services.
  • Update and maintain customer information within the CRM system.
  • Follow up on enquiries and reschedule appointments where required.
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous telesales or outbound calling experience (essential).
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and diary management abilities.
  • Confidence handling objections and engaging with customers.
  • A positive, target-driven attitude.
  • Good computer and CRM skills.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • A reliable and professional approach to work.
