Part-Time Store Ambassador – Level Up Your Career at waterdrop®

About the Role
Join our dynamic Store Ambassador team and be the face of our brand! This part-time position in our retail store serves as the perfect opportunity to:
- Help customers discover the joy of hydrating sustainably
- Amplify brand impact in the community
- Develop sales skills and grow within a fast-moving, innovative company

- Match prospects’ needs and guide them toward purchase
- Capture customer data to expand our loyalty programs
- Resolve complaints efficiently by identifying issues and working with management for solutions

✔ Sales & Visual Merchandising
- Maximise revenue through effective product knowledge and recommendations (via our 6 Drop Selling Ceremony—let us brew your sales success!)
- Maintain brand standards in merchandising, cleanliness, and display
- Ensure health & safety compliance and proper store housekeeping
✔ Compliance & Collaboration
- Monitor attendance, stock security, and cash handling as per company procedures
- Follow all company policies while maintaining a professional staff environment
- Engage in store training sessions and meetings
