Entry Level Sales Assistant (Immediate Start)
Location: Central Leicester (Near Granby Street)
Please Note: Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and have full-time equivalent availability.

Our client is looking for individuals who:
- Have excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking to new people and building rapport.
- Have full-time equivalent availability (4/5 days a week between Mon-Sat).
- Enjoy working with people in a customer-facing environment.
- Are self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
In this fast-paced sales role, you’ll be involved in:
- Representing clients through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns in residential environments.
- Engaging with customers and promoting products and services.
- Building strong customer relationships through effective communication and brand knowledge.
- Supporting brand awareness and customer acquisition objectives.
- Working collaboratively within a target-driven team environment.
No experience is necessary as full client coaching and guidance will be provided. Applications are welcomed from graduates and candidates with experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, warehouse operations, call centres, marketing, and other customer-facing roles. This is a subcontracted opportunity when earnings consist of commission-based earnings and performance incentives.
