Immediate Starts Available | Full Client Training | Central London
Are you looking to start something new and gain valuable customer-facing experience? Interested in building communication, customer service and sales skills within a supportive team environment?
Please Read Before Applying: This opportunity is only available to candidates who are eligible to work in the UK on a full-time equivalent basis throughout the year. (5 full days per week)
Our client is expanding their sales and marketing team in Central London due to continued client demand. Working on behalf of recognised non-profit organisations, they deliver face-to-face customer acquisition through retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings.
This is a subcontracted, long-term opportunity suitable for individuals looking to broaden existing skills within a customer-facing environment. No previous experience is required, as client training, invitations to daily upskilling sessions and ongoing support are available from day one.
What They're Looking For
- Confident communicators who enjoy engaging with people face-to-face.
- Positive individuals who enjoy working within a collaborative team.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
- Excellent English communication skills due to the customer-facing nature of the opportunity.
- Full-time equivalent availability (5 full working days per week between Monday and Saturday).

What You'll Receive
- Financial Rewards: A Brand Awareness Fee (earn a daily fee paid to you, only applicable when representing a client for a day), where applicable, plus commission and performance incentives. Earnings are paid weekly.
- Client Training: Opportunities to attend client training alongside invitations to daily upskilling sessions focused on communication, customer engagement and brand representation.
- Supportive Team: Optional weekly socials, networking events, annual celebrations and other team activities may be available.
