Paloma Wool is a Barcelona-based creative project that explores clothing, image, and collaboration. We work closely with our manufacturers, prioritize local production and proximity, and stay involved in every stage of the process. We are welcoming applications for Sales Assistants to join our London team and represent our project in our London space. This is an open position for people who are aligned with our values, our approach to clothing and image, and how we work. Job Summary
Sales Assistants play an important role in representing the project. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, attention to detail, and maintaining the presentation standards of the space and service at all times.
Sales Assistants in our spaces are responsible for creating a thoughtful, welcoming, and genuine experience for every client, and for developing and providing considered service. This includes welcoming clients, assisting with product selection and fittings, and sharing knowledge of the collection.

Beyond client-facing responsibilities, the role involves contributing to the store's overall operations and presentation. This means keeping the space organized and well-maintained, maintaining visual and operational standards, supporting daily store operations, and collaborating with the entire team.

Role Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with a warm, attentive, and considered approach.
- Represent the brand and its values consistently in all client interactions.
- Engage with and apply training, aligned with the brand’s standards and way of working.
- Support the sales process, including handling POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Create a seamless and supportive fitting room experience.
- Maintain the space to a high standard, clean, organized, and reflective of the brand environment.
- Follow and implement visual merchandising guidelines and product displays.
- Flexibility in involvement in different aspects of the store’s daily operations, from back-of-house and stockroom processes to fitting room service, shop floor interactions, and checkout.
- Be attentive to the space and proactively support daily store needs (restocking, organization, general upkeep).
- Contribute to a calm, respectful, and collaborative team environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Valued Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within a premium or fashion environment.
- Strong interest in the Paloma Wool project.
- Ability to work with focus and consistency in a busy and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Clear, respectful, and thoughtful communication skills, with a natural ability to engage with clients and team members.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team, contributing to a respectful and supportive environment.
- Proactive and hands-on attitude, with willingness to be involved in all aspects of store operations.
- Openness to learning and aligning with the brand’s way of working through training and daily practice.
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and peak periods.
Compensation
- Hourly pay range starts from £14/hour.
- Additional benefits may include employee discounts and other applicable perks.
