About Us

Scuffers is a clothing brand inspired by Mediterranean urban aesthetics, with a distinctive style and character driven by the values of authenticity and self-expression.

Our philosophy is centered around product development. We carefully research and explore materials and unique fits to be able to offer clothing that not only looks good, but also makes you feel good.

We’ve been building our lifestyle for six years now. We started by creating clothes we would love to wear ourselves, and we grew thanks to a community of people who were looking for the same thing.

If you’re passionate about challenges and want to be part of our dynamic and young team, we’re looking for new profiles to join us.

The Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic people with a passion for fashion and customer service to join our team at our London store 💖.

As a Sales Assistant at Scuffers, your challenge will be to bring our philosophy to life and share it with every one of our Retail customers. You’ll help them not only find the products they’re looking for, but also become a true ambassador of the brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
