The Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in our London store, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and that the store operates smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greeting and assisting customers with style advice and product knowledge.
  • Maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Driving sales by engaging with customers and meeting sales targets.
  • Managing stock levels and ensuring the shop floor is fully replenished.
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, particularly in fashion or menswear, but not essential. A passion for style and fashion is a big plus.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • An understanding of menswear trends, styles, fits, and fabric types, or a willingness to learn quickly. Being able to offer styling advice and tips is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and energetic store atmosphere.
  • Ability to maintain store displays and ensure products are presented neatly and attractively, keeping up with visual merchandising standards.
  • Passion for fashion and an eye for detail.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
