Sales Assistant – Luxury Fashion
Leeds | Fixed-Term Contract (3 months - Possibility of becoming permanent) | Full-time | Immediate Start
Join a globally recognised luxury fashion house and become part of the sales team at a corner located within a leading department store in Leeds. Your role will be to deliver an exceptional client experience by providing personalised service, product advice, and support with the presentation and day-to-day operations of the sales space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients with a warm, personalised and professional approach.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, adapting to clients’ needs and preferences.
- Provide product knowledge and styling advice.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and delivering a premium client experience.
- Maintain the corner to an impeccable standard, in line with the brand’s guidelines.
- Assist with stock management and replenishment.
- Process sales transactions and support with day-to-day operational tasks.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail, preferably within fashion.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Passion for fashion and delivering a high-end client experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work full-time, including weekends, with an initial contract duration of 3 months with possibility of becoming permanent.

Work Location: In person, The Leylands, Leeds.
