We are currently expanding rapidly, with around thirty points of sale, and are distributed worldwide by our multi-brand partners. The brand is experiencing strong growth in France and internationally.
Job description
We are looking for a Sales Assistant on a permanent contract for our point of sale. You will be responsible for the following tasks (non-exhaustive list):

Objectives / Sales
- Develop and optimise sales in line with the targets set by management
- Analysing and monitoring sales indicators
- Feedback of sales information
Customer service
- Advising and selling to high-end customers
- Building customer loyalty
- Promoting the point of sale in line with the brand's sales policy
Team management
- Training your sales team
- Energising your staff
- Supervising and planning employees
Visual identity
- Compliance with company standards
- Responsible for merchandising the shop and showcasing our products
- Stock and inventory management

Profile required
You must have similar experience as a sales assistant in a high-end ready-to-wear shop. You are organised and have excellent interpersonal skills. With a strong commercial temperament, you are results-oriented and enjoy working in a team. Passionate about fashion, you have a strong product awareness and a good knowledge of the sector and its trends. Fluidity with the Office pack is highly desirable.
