Sales Assistant (m/f/d)
Your Tasks:
- Preparing customer quotations for new business
- Administration of change management activities
- Initiating and monitoring pre-series (development & call-off sample) deliveries
- Checking SW/HW version(s) of production sites vs customer demands
- Supporting market research and competitor analysis to assist sales strategy
- Preparing product/project presentations
- Supporting various customer negotiations and meetings
- Supporting demand management fulfillment of the customer and follow up of the timely delivery including proper documentation
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPI´s
- Updating of relevant customer information
- Liaison with different stakeholders (internal) to solve customer requests
- Ensuring adequate and timely customer communication
- Managing unit prices & order conditions
- Handling customer sample orders and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery
- Coordinate effectively across time zones to minimize delays in communication between European HQ (Germany), Global HQ (South Korea), OEMs (UK), and internal production site (Vietnam)

Your Expertise:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or Engineering
- Prior experience in sales support or the automotive industry is highly preferred
- Problem-solving ability, adaptability, and teamwork
- Good analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems
- Basic economic & logistic knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales and administrative tasks
- Fluent in English
