Entry-Level Sales Assistant Opportunity
Client Training & Upskilling – Immediate Start Available in Central London!

Our client is expanding their sales and marketing team in London and is recruiting for entry-level roles offering full client training and an immediate start.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on exposure in sales and customer service, whether you’re starting out or considering a career change. With no experience required, the focus is on attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Individuals will join a collaborative environment where practical experience, client training and opportunities to broaden existing skills are available from the start.
About the Role:
You’ll be involved in face-to-face sales and customer service campaigns within event-based environments. Representing well-known fundraising clients, you’ll engage customers, build rapport, and support brand growth through high-quality customer service.
This role offers an immediate start for motivated individuals looking to build confidence and experience in sales.
What You'll Be Doing on a Day-to-Day Basis:
- Represent leading brands professionally while engaging with customers in retail pop-ups and promotional event-based campaigns within London.
- Build rapport and understand customer needs to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Confidently present products and services to support sales performance and customer acquisition.
- Work towards individual and team goals within a fast-paced sales environment.
- Attend client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions focused on communication, customer engagement, and brand representation.

- Brand Awareness Fee: Earnings paid to you for each full day you represent the client, plus commission and financial incentives. Earnings are paid weekly.

What They’re Looking For:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Full-time equivalent availability (4–5 FULL days, Mon–Sat)
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivation to broaden existing skills within sales — no experience required; Applications are welcomed from individuals with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, bar work, events, promotions, front of house, or other customer-facing roles.

This is a face-to-face opportunity operating within event environments on a subcontracted basis. Earnings opportunities consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus uncapped commission and financial incentives.
