Entry Level Customer Sales Assistant – Full-Time
Immediate Start | Long-Term Opportunity
Our client, based in Croydon, is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and friendly individuals to join their expanding sales and customer service team. Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, they are looking to welcome new team members as soon as possible.
No previous industry experience is required. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity ideal for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and build experience within a customer-focused sales environment.
Key Attributes
- Full-Time Availability: You must be available for 4–5 full working days per week (Mon-Sat)

Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line representative within a dynamic sales and customer service network.
- Engage directly with customers while representing prominent UK brands through face-to-face residential campaigns across the Croydon area.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, setting a high standard for quality face-to-face interactions.
- Build transferable experience across sales, communication, and customer engagement.

These are field-based residential sales opportunities within the Croydon area. This is a subcontracted/self-employed opportunity for individuals looking to make a full-time, long-term commitment and build their experience within sales and customer service. Immediate starts are available, with earnings generated through a commission-based structure plus performance incentives.

- Roles are based in the Croydon area with immediate starts available.
If you have experience in sales, customer service, marketing, promotions, or customer-facing roles such as sales assistant, retail manager, direct sales, field sales, call centre, events coordinator, hotel work, receptionist roles, front of house, bar work, hospitality, or catering, you may already have transferable skills that can give you a head start.
Applicants with no experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as full training and support in transferable skills are provided.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students. Due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that are available 4/5 full days per week.
