Role Description
The Sales Assistant role at Zap Dock Part-time, on-site position based in Sheffield, Liverpool, and Peterborough. The Sales Assistant supports the sales team by preparing sales materials, updating customer records, and coordinating appointments and follow-ups with prospective and existing venue partners. This role involves answering inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with demos and presentations to help venues understand the benefits of Zap Dock’s charging solutions. Daily activities include handling phone and email communication, maintaining organized files, and contributing to a professional and responsive customer experience.

- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for handling inquiries and supporting sales presentations.
- Candidates should possess sales skills, including basic knowledge of sales processes, lead follow-up, and supporting negotiations.
- Candidates should possess organization skills to manage schedules, documentation, and multiple customer requests efficiently.
- Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with a team, and adapt to changing priorities and targets.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or sales support is beneficial but not required.
