LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW is the story of passionate craftsmanship in gourmet liquorice. Founded in 2007 by Johan Bülow on the Danish island of Bornholm, we continue our journey of creating surprising combinations and sensory experiences with liquorice at the core. The ambition remains the same: To inspire people around the world and spread the love for this unique Nordic flavour.

With the mission to make the world love liquorice - one liquorice at a time, LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW has its own stores in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as retail partners in more than 40 markets.

What you'll be doing:

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be an ambassador for the LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW brand, bringing our products and story to life for every customer who walks through the door. You'll work a typical retail schedule across both weekdays and weekends, with shifts scheduled within the store's opening hours of 9:45am to 8:15pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating exceptional customer experiences and delivering premium service
  • Running tastings - inviting customers to taste our products and discover the world of gourmet liquorice
  • Growing our community through the Lakrids Lovers loyalty programme
  • Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Working closely with your colleagues to achieve store goals and sales targets
  • Representing the LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW brand with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism

Job requirements

What we're looking for:

You will ideally have:

  • Previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience
  • Confidence in engaging with customers and starting conversations
  • A positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
  • A team-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues
