Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support sales activity, customer engagement and day-to-day commercial operations in a fully remote UK-based role.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills who is looking to build a career in sales.

- Support day-to-day sales and customer service activities.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with identifying customer needs and suitable products or services.
- Support follow-up communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
- Assist with preparing sales information, updates and reports.
- Work with internal teams to support customer requirements.
- Help maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
- Support sales administration and general commercial tasks.
- Contribute towards agreed sales and team objectives.
