About the role
As a Sales Assistant, you'll be much more than a sales advisor. You'll become a true Flabelus Brand Ambassador, creating meaningful connections with our customers and bringing our universe to life through exceptional service.

What you'll do
- Welcome every customer with warmth, authenticity, and enthusiasm.
- Deliver a personalised and memorable shopping experience.
- Build genuine relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
- Share the story and values behind the Flabelus brand and collections.
- Support daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Advise customers on styles, fits, and combinations, helping them find the perfect pair for their needs and personal style.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and deliver operational excellence.
What we're looking for
We're looking for people who:
- Previous experience in retail is appreciated, but not required. What matters most is your positive attitude, passion for people, and eagerness to learn.
- Are passionate about fashion and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Naturally connect with people and communicate with confidence.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Are proactive, positive, and detail-oriented.
- Speak fluent German and other languages will be a plus.
