Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role is based in Birmingham. The Sales Assistant will support day-to-day sales operations, including assisting customers, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role involves engaging with clients in person and over the phone, answering inquiries, and providing product and service information. The Sales Assistant will help prepare promotional materials, organize displays, and contribute to the smooth running of sales campaigns. This position also includes coordinating with colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient store or office operations.
