Job Description
We are currently recruiting for:
Position: Sales Associate
Location: Sheffield
Job Type: Full Time
We do need team members available when our customers visit the most—so weekend availability is important.
What you’ll do
This isn’t your typical retail role. As a Trek Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first-faced customers who meet when they walk through the door. You’ll help people explore the world of cycling, learn about some of the most innovative products in the industry, and support customers in finding exactly what they need.

What you’ll bring to the team

- A warm, approachable manner with great listening skills and a passion for genuine hospitality
- Strong communication with both customers and teammates
- An interest in building long-term customer relationships and creating your own client community
- A commitment to delivering an amazing experience for every rider who comes through our doors
