About the Role
Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a pro-active Part Time Sales Associate to join the team in London, reporting directly to the Store Manager. The Sales Associate will exhibit a friendly and outgoing attitude whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience as part of our first international Flagship store team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain an outstanding level of customer service at all times
- Maintain the stores’ visual identity within brand guidelines through merchandising and stock replenishment
- Showcase excellent product and brand knowledge
- Work purposefully as part of a team to ensure daily objectives and goals are met
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting and interacting with customers, responding to queries regarding products and purchases.
- Provide recommendations based on product knowledge inline with customer needs and preferences.
- Successfully operate till systems and transactions
- Act as an Aimé Leon Dore Brand Ambassador

Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience in Retail
- A proven record in delivering excellent customer service within a similar retail environment
- Keen attention to detail
- A pro-active and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative
- Computer and till system literate
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible working hours

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs
- Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push, and pull on a frequent basis
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).
- Ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to curbside, truck unload, etc.
