Your Impact
We rely on our Sales Associates to:
- Offer exceptional customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
- Help each customer find the perfect apparel and footwear through thoughtful recommendations.
- Share genuine enthusiasm and knowledge about our products.
- Maintain the store by stocking, straightening, and cleaning inventory.
- Work both front and back of store as needed, including point-of-sale and payment processes.
- Fulfill omni-channel customer requests through digital experiences.
- Demonstrate collaborative skills and the ability to work harmoniously in a team.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Foster customer loyalty by educating them about our Rewards program.
- Take personal responsibility for self-development while seizing opportunities to enhance performance.
- Meet scheduled attendance commitments in line with Under Armour’s policies.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California).
- Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, including lifting up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
- Fluency in the local language required; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to perform all essential functions of the role.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortable with or open to learning technology, such as computers, handheld devices, and mobile apps.

Hourly wage range: £12.75 – £14.03/hour
