About Us

We are an international company operating in the fashion and retail industry, with a strong presence across different markets and an extensive network of stores. We are currently looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and sales-oriented person to join our store in London - Regent st.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the store team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the achievement of sales targets and representing the brand’s image and values.

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process.
  • Provide personalised advice based on each customer’s needs.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • Support product replenishment and ensure products are correctly displayed.
  • Assist with visual merchandising activities.
  • Manage cash desk operations and daily store activities.
  • Support the receipt, control and organisation of stock.
  • Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment in line with company standards.

  • Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.
  • Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Good level of English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
  • Interest in fashion, design and product.
