Role Description

The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in Glasgow City, focused on delivering an exceptional client experience in a luxury retail environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Presenting products with in-depth knowledge
  • Supporting clients in selecting jewellery, watches, and accessories that meet their needs
  • Handling sales transactions
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards
  • Ensuring that the store environment reflects the brand’s heritage and values
  • Assisting with stock management
  • Responding to client inquiries
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet sales targets and uphold high levels of service

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to provide personalized and attentive support in a luxury retail setting.
  • Sales and retail experience, including confident product presentation, upselling, and achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished manner suitable for a high-end brand.
  • Attention to detail in visual merchandising, store presentation, and the handling of high-value items.
  • Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems; familiarity with ecommerce or omnichannel retail is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability, including punctuality and the ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Interest in jewellery, watches, and luxury goods; previous experience in the luxury sector is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently, while demonstrating integrity and respect for colleagues and clients.
