Sales Associate

Residential Property Sales | Canary Wharf

Basic salary: £28,000-30,000, with additional car allowance of £2975
Commission structure: uncapped, with performance accelerators (10% personal sales commissions on banking up to £250,000, 15% personal sales commission on banking between £250,000 - £350,000, 20% personal sales commission on any banking above £350,000 and take on commission paid at 7%)
Realistic first 12 month earnings: approximately £65k - 75k, year 2 £80k -85k

A well-established and highly respected residential property business is looking to hire an ambitious Sales Associate to support the sales function within a busy Canary Wharf office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Negotiator who is ready to step up into a broader role with greater responsibility, autonomy, and clear progression.

The Opportunity

You will be a sales-focused person in the office, managing the full sales journey from initial market appraisal through to completion. The role suits someone who is commercially driven, proactive in winning business, and confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative office culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client registration and viewings
  • Manage the end-to-end residential sales process including sales progression
  • Generate new business and property sales
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local contacts
  • Identify and maximize referral opportunities
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth of the office and wider business

About You

  • Current experience as a Senior Negotiator within residential property sales
  • Ready to step into a more senior role in an established office
  • Strong business development mindset and activity-driven approach
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and confident in your ability to perform
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Keen to develop listing skills further if not already fully established
  • High-value market experience would be beneficial, but is not essential

Working Pattern

  • Monday to Friday
