We are partnering with an internationally renowned luxury beauty and fragrance house to recruit a Sales Associate for a 6-month fixed-term contract in one of its London boutiques.
With a rich heritage, exceptional craftsmanship, and a reputation for creating timeless fragrances, skincare, and lifestyle products, this iconic brand offers a truly immersive and elevated client experience.
As a Sales Associate, you will be a brand ambassador, delivering personalized service, building lasting client relationships, and bringing the brand's heritage and products to life through exceptional storytelling. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about luxury retail, fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle products who thrives in a client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through personalized service and expert product knowledge.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective clienteling.
- Achieve individual sales targets and boutique KPIs.
- Share the brand's heritage and craftsmanship through engaging product storytelling.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards.
- Process transactions accurately and support the day-to-day running of the boutique.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and inspiring environment.

About You
- Previous experience within luxury retail, premium beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine interest in fragrance, skincare, beauty, or luxury products.
- Confident working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Immaculate personal presentation and a professional approach.
- Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods.
