About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Auto Trade Assistant / Automotive Parts Salesperson to join our team at Titan Auto Parts Ltd. This is a hands-on, full-time, on-site position for someone with an interest in the automotive industry who enjoys working with customers, managing orders and supporting daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with automotive parts sales, product enquiries and recommendations.
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally by phone, email and online platforms.
  • Manage online sales, process customer orders and prepare accurate invoices.
  • Pick, pack and dispatch orders on a daily basis.
  • Track deliveries and keep customers updated with delivery and tracking information.
  • Update order and delivery information on relevant online portals.
  • Check and maintain accurate stock and inventory records on a daily basis.
  • Organise, sort and maintain automotive parts inventory in an efficient manner.
  • Receive incoming stock and ensure products are correctly stored and organised.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and professional reception, warehouse and work environment.
  • Assist with stock checks, product identification and general warehouse duties.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Help resolve customer issues, delivery queries and order-related problems promptly.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the business and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Follow company procedures relating to health and safety, stock handling and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in cars and automotive parts, good communication skills, a willingness to learn and a professional approach to customer service. Previous experience in automotive parts sales or the motor trade is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right person.
