Position & Requirements

UK Wholesale Sales Associate

The UK Wholesale Sales Associate plays a key role in supporting the growth and servicing of Robeco's UK Wholesale business. Working closely with Sales Managers, the role combines business development support, client servicing, sales operations, reporting, and CRM management to help drive client engagement and asset growth. The ideal candidate will maintain strong relationships with clients, platforms, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Client Servicing:

  • Prepare client meeting materials, presentations, pitchbooks, and fund updates
  • Organise client meetings, and investment team interactions.
  • Respond to client queries and coordinate requests with internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for designated client reporting, including being the link between the clients and Robeco for all existing reporting and the development of reporting to be addressed on a regular basis.
  • Support client onboarding, KYC, due diligence, and RFI/RFP processes.
  • Provision of market and commercial insight to Sales Managers

Business Management & Reporting:

  • Work with the Head of UK Wholesale to monitor sales activity, client assets, and fund flows.
  • Reconcile sales data and client activity with internal stakeholders.
  • Support forecasting, business planning, and ad-hoc analysis.

CRM & Marketing Support:

  • Assist the team in maintaining accurate client, prospect, and opportunity records within CRM.
  • Support the Lead Qualification process
  • Assist in the management of campaigns, client events, and targeted marketing initiatives where necessary.

Platform & Operational Support:

  • Manage the onboarding and maintenance of Robeco funds on UK wealth platforms.
  • Coordinate operational, reporting, and platform-related client requests.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in financial markets, investments, and asset management.
  • Aspiration to complete professional qualifications such as the IMC or CFA.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems.
